About the Author

Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar is the Vice-Chancellor of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, a distinguished Professor of Law, and a Commonwealth Fellow (UK). He previously served as the Vice-Chancellor of the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, and as the Registrar of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. An accomplished legal scholar, he has authored several notable books, including Being a Law Teacher, Law Relating to Domestic Violence, and Hindu Law of Adoption. He has also revised leading legal treatises on Hindu and Family Law and edited numerous books on contemporary legal issues. A recipient of the Commonwealth Fellowship and the Telangana State Award to Meritorious Teacher, Prof. Kumar has made significant contributions to legal education, research, academic administration, and institutional leadership in India.

Dr. Aditya Mishra is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Law Mantra (Trust) and a practicing advocate before the Supreme Court of India. With over eight years of experience in criminal and commercial litigation, contract management, and regulatory compliance, he has established himself as a distinguished legal professional, academic, and researcher. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals in matters relating to arbitration, intellectual property, corporate regulation, and criminal law, while also advising on employment law, data protection, and statutory compliance. Under his leadership, Law Mantra has emerged as a leading academic platform promoting legal research and interdisciplinary scholarship. A prolific scholar and editor, Dr. Mishra has co-edited over thirty books, published sixteen research papers, and presented twenty-nine papers at national and international conferences. His research and editorial contributions cover diverse areas, including Artificial Intelligence and Law, Criminal Justice Administration, Privacy and Data Protection, the Uniform Civil Code, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Dr. Mishra serves as an advisor and editorial board member for several reputed legal journals and institutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, an LL.M., Diplomas in Cyber Law and Labour Law from Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed University), Pune, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam.

Mr. Kishor Kumar Mishra is a lawyer by profession and the President of Law Mantra (Trust) who specialises in Constitutional, Commercial and Criminal Law. With over fifteen years of diverse experience in criminal litigation, commercial litigation, contract management, and compliance management, he has established himself as a dynamic and result-oriented legal professional. He primarily practices at the Supreme Court of India but also appears before the High Courts and various tribunals. He has completed his LL.M. from Central University, Haryana 2011 – 13 and was awarded Gold Medal for being the topper of his batch. He has a rich experience in research in the form of publications and projects.
