Dr. Porag Pachoni is an Assistant professor cum Head, Department of Management, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya, Tulungia, Bongaigaon and also the PhD supervisor of Gauhati University, Assam. He has an almost nine years of teaching experience in management and marketing subjects. Significant numbers of research articles have been published by him in different UGC care, Web of Science and Scopus journals. He has presented research papers in various national and international seminars.



Dr. Mahesh Dahal is serving as an Assistant Professor of Commerce at PDUAM, Tulungia, Bongaigaon, Assam. He has obtained his Ph.D. in Commerce from Tripura University. With a strong academic and research background, Dr. Dahal's areas of interest include banking, financial markets, and corporate governance. He has published a significant number of research papers in reputed Scopus-indexed and UGC CARE-listed journals, contributing to the field of finance and banking. In addition to his publications, Dr. Dahal has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences and seminars, where he has presented research papers and shared his insights with the academic community. Through his teaching and research, Dr. Dahal continues to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge in the field of commerce and finance.

Manuranjan Gogoi is an academician currently serving as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Economics at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya, Tulungia. He completed his undergraduate studies from Madhabdev College, Narayanpur, and his Master's and M.Phil. degrees in Economics from the Department of Economics, Dibrugarh University. His areas of specialization are Econometrics and Agricultural Economics. Prior to joining PDUAM, Tulungia, he also taught Economics at Madhabdev University, Narayanpur. His research interests primarily revolve around rural economic dynamics, including agrarian transitions and agricultural market structures. He has published several research papers, contributing to the understanding of economic development within the North-Eastern Region of India. His most recent edited book is "Social and Economic Issues" was published by PDUAM, Tulungia.
