Dr. Rajesh Mourya has been serving at Government Nehru College, Sabalgarh, since 2009 as a Assistant professor of Economics. He holds an MA and NET from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, an MPhil from Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar National Institute of Social Research, Mhow (Devi Ahilya University, Indore), and a PhD from the Center for Social Studies, Surat, affiliated with Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. During his PhD, he spent four years at Saraswati Hindi Mahavidyalaya, Surat, where he worked as a professor and served as in-charge principal for one year. Selected by the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh in 2009, he has since taken on multiple administrative responsibilities at Government Nehru College, including Librarian, Coordinator of the Swami Vivekananda Career Path Darshan Cell and Personality Development Cell, Remedial Coordinator, and roles in the Admission and Scholarship Committees, as well as Examination Center Head. Actively engaged in social research, he has published 30 research papers in reputed journals such as Perspective, Teaching Amendment, Swadeshi Research Foundation, Essay Series, Research Communication, Reference Darpan, Setu International Research Journal (Pittsburgh, USA), Review of Research, and International Journal of Creative and Innovation Research. He has also authored one book, published 120 research papers and book chapters, written six books, and received eight national and international awards. During the COVID 19 lockdown, he earned 40 certificates through various research-related quizzes. Dr. Mourya continues his dedicated work in social research and academic scholarship, significantly contributing to the field of Economics and Social Studies.

Dr. Kanchan Thakur has been serving as the Head of the Department of Sociology at Government Home Science Postgraduate Lead Girls College, Narmadapuram, for the past 13 years, since 2011. She joined the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh in 1997, beginning her career at Government College, Radhogarh, District Guna, where she served for a year. She was then transferred to Government College, Tamia, District Chhindwara, where she dedicated approximately 14 years of service. Dr. Thakur earned her postgraduate degree in 1994 and was awarded a Ph.D. in 2018 for her research on A Sociological Study of the Social Status of the Bharia Tribe with Special Reference to Patalkot, She has edited three books and contributed to more than ten edited volumes. Additionally, she has published over 200 research papers in prestigious national and international journals. Dr. Thakur has also successfully coordinated numerous seminars and workshops at her institution.

Dr. Harsha Chachane has been serving as a Professor in the Department of Political Science at Government Home Science Postgraduate Lead College, Narmadapuram, since 2019. She joined the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh in 1989. Her academic journey began at Government College, Harrai, District Chhindwara, where she served for 23 years. She then continued her service at Government. Ranvijay Pratap Singh Memorial College, Umaria, District Umaria, for seven years before assuming her current position. Dr. Chachane earned her Ph.D. in 2004 for her research on The Role of Women Representatives in the Panchayati Raj System in Madhya Pradesh with Special Reference to Durg District. She has published extensively in international peer-reviewed and UGC CARE-listed journals, contributing over 80 research papers and articles to prestigious national and international journals and seminars. In addition to her academic responsibilitics, she also serves as a Program Officer for the National Service Scheme (NSS).
